Working with Architect and Owner in the
early design phase of your project to achieve budget parameters and scope of work.
• Accurate Detailed Project Estimate:
Upon final design and drawings, BCCI will provide a detailed scope of work outline and hard project
cost.
• Onsite Construction Supervision:
BCCI will provide full-time
onsite supervision for your project. This licensed individual will follow your project from start to completion. He is solely
responsible for onsite subcontractor scheduling and quality control.

Office Support Team - Project Management:
A BCCI Project Manager will handle all subcontracts, requisitions, and expedition of all materials to meet project
schedule. He will work hand in hand with job supervisor to assure your schedule is met.
